Overall great experience. There was a printing error on my order. I contacted the seller who replied within a few minutes to apologize and send replacements right away. The replacements look great! Mistakes happen, but great customer service makes all the difference. Excellent quality and great delivery time! Delivered in a timely manner and of the right size. I am so glad I discovered this site! Had an issue that was caused by 3rd party shipping error - Matchbeast immediately corrected it and then comped my order, so I will be ordering more. Matchbeast provided immediate, personal, and perfect customer service! The online order form didn't allow me to select my preferred color for a t-shirt, but talking with a member over X who told me how to get it corrected did the trick quickly and easily. They were so helpful and friendly, and laser-fast! I'm swayed to order another of their wonderful t-shirts. Great selection! Great company! Very happy with the quality of the shirt and printing. Had a problem because of my mistake and they went out of their way to fix it for me. When I accidentally ordered an XL shirt instead of a small, I panicked and feared I would be stuck with a short I couldn't wear. (I am very compact.) But Matchbeast quickly offered to send me a complimentary shirt in the right size (Small), and I was deeply relieved. Their customer service was extraordinary. That being said, they have a wide variety of stunningly creative, and often hilarious, designs. Highly recommended. I was pleased that shipping was USPS and not a shipper that sounded like exotic takeout food.When one of the shirts in my order was not as expected, "Cruiser Bob" from customer service responded right away and offered to send a replacement at no charge!Shirts were high quality and 100% cotton - will definitely shop here again!Overall great experience
