Dispatch & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
After processing, shipping takes 3–5 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates; holidays, weather, or carrier delays may affect arrival.
Destinations & Costs
Unsure whether we deliver to your location? Ask our studio before ordering. International shipments may incur customs charges payable by the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
We’ll email a shipping confirmation after dispatch, including tracking when available. Contact us if tracking stops updating or delivery is overdue.
Address Changes
Check your address carefully. Email corrections immediately; changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch. Failed deliveries may incur reshipping costs or shipping deductions from applicable refunds.
Missing Packages
For packages confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
If tracking says delivered but you cannot find your parcel, contact us. We’ll help investigate; replacements for theft after delivery are reviewed individually.
