2. Order Processing Time
We move fast. Orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours of successful payment. Once your streetwear has been prepared and dispatched from our facility, your order status will be updated from “Processing” to “Shipped,” and you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your details.
3. Estimated Shipping Times
Estimated shipping transit times vary depending on your final destination. Typical delivery estimates are outlined below:
- United States: 5 – 10 business days
- Europe: 7 – 12 business days
- Canada: 5 – 12 business days
- Australia: 7 – 12 business days
- Rest of the World: 7 – 20 business days (depending on destination and local logistics)
4. Shipping Origins
We fulfill orders through an efficient global warehouse network, including strategic locations in the United States, Hong Kong, and Guangzhou. To ensure the fastest delivery based on stock availability and logistics arrangements, most MATCHBEAST orders are currently dispatched directly from our Guangzhou distribution center.
5. Shipping Time Disclaimer
All shipping timeframes presented on matchbeast.com are estimated delivery windows and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual transit time may fluctuate due to customs inspections, public holidays, severe weather conditions, airline cargo capacity constraints, local courier backlogs, remote destinations, and other unforeseeable circumstances beyond MATCHBEAST’s control.
6. Tax and Import Fees
United States Customers: Prices shown at checkout are tax-inclusive. Customers in the US generally will not be subjected to additional import fees upon delivery.
International Customers: For deliveries to other countries or regions, customs duties, Value Added Tax (VAT), import taxes, or other local handling charges may apply. Unless explicitly stated otherwise during the checkout process, these fees are solely the responsibility of the customer and must be settled with local customs authorities to release the package.
7. Address Accuracy
You are responsible for inputting a complete, exact, and formatting-correct shipping address at checkout. Please rigorously review your details before confirming your order. MATCHBEAST accepts no liability for shipping delays, failed delivery attempts, or lost merchandise resulting from incomplete, missing, or incorrect address data provided by the customer.
8. Address Changes After Ordering
Address modification requests can only be accommodated before your order has entered the shipping phase. Once the parcel has been handed over to our logistics partners, the destination address cannot be altered under any circumstances. If you urgently need to update your details, email support@matchbeast.com immediately after placing the order.
9. Tracking Information
Transparency is key. When your order leaves our facility, you will receive a confirmation email. If your chosen delivery method includes tracking (which most do), the relevant tracking number and courier link will be provided in that communication, allowing you to monitor the journey of your package.
10. Delayed Shipments
If your delivery timeline exceeds the original estimate, please allow a short grace period for potential courier network bottlenecks or customs hold-ups. If the delay appears excessive or the tracking stops updating for a prolonged period, reach out to our team with your order number. We will initiate a trace with the carrier.
11. Lost Packages During Shipping
We stand by our delivery promise. If a package is officially confirmed as lost in transit by the carrier, MATCHBEAST will dispatch a replacement package to you at no extra cost. Customers must contact support@matchbeast.com with their order number and tracking details to trigger an official investigation.
12. Delivered but Stolen Packages
MATCHBEAST’s liability covers the transit of goods from our distribution center to the exact shipping address provided. Once the courier officially marks the package as “Delivered,” the responsibility transfers to the recipient. If your parcel is stolen from your property after delivery, please contact our support team. While we cannot universally guarantee a free replacement for post-delivery theft, we will evaluate the situation and do our utmost to assist you in finding a resolution or working with the carrier.
13. Failed Delivery & Returned Packages
If a delivery fails due to an erroneous address, maximum failed delivery attempts, unresponsiveness to the courier, refusal to accept the parcel, or failure to pay mandatory customs duties, the shipment may be returned to us or disposed of by the carrier. In such scenarios, MATCHBEAST reserves the right to charge supplementary reshipping fees or deduct original shipping costs from any applicable refunds.
14. Customs and International Delivery
Cross-border orders are inherently subject to inspections by customs authorities. These necessary procedures can occasionally extend delivery windows beyond our provided estimates. MATCHBEAST holds no responsibility for delays strictly caused by governmental customs agencies or local border clearance processes.
