The terms that apply when you browse or shop with our studio.
“We,” “us,” and “our” refer to MATCHBEAST. By using matchbeast.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. Using Our Website
You must be of legal age in your location or use the website with a parent or guardian’s involvement and consent. Please provide accurate contact, account, and delivery information and use only payment methods you are authorized to use.
Do not use the website for fraud, unlawful activity, infringement, unauthorized collection of personal information, or interference with security. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these terms have been violated.
2. Products & Payment
Product availability, descriptions, and prices may change. We aim to present our tees accurately, though colors and details may appear differently across screens and lighting conditions.
Prices use the currency shown at checkout unless stated otherwise. Payment must be completed before processing and shipment.
3. Orders & Cancellations
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt and does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline, limit, or cancel orders, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, unavailable products, or suspected resale. If payment has been received, an appropriate refund will be issued under our policies.
For cancellation requests or address corrections, contact our studio promptly. Please check your details carefully; inaccurate information can cause delivery problems.
4. Shipping & Returns
Our Shipping Policy explains dispatch, delivery estimates, address changes, and missing packages. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. International duties and import charges are generally the recipient’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.
Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy. These policies form part of these terms.
For damaged, incorrect, defective, or incomplete orders, email your order number and relevant photos so we can review the issue.
5. Creative Content & External Services
Our branding, designs, images, text, and other website materials are owned by or licensed to MATCHBEAST. Copying, distributing, modifying, or commercially using protected material requires permission, except where applicable law allows otherwise.
External websites and services have their own terms and practices. We do not control or warrant their content or services.
6. Privacy

7. Warranties & Responsibility

These terms are governed by Hong Kong law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections in your location require otherwise. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
